About the role Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two calls are the same? We're looking for a confident communicator to join our Collections team - no previous collections experience needed. What you'll be doing: Managing and monitoring overdue accounts Handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily Negotiating payment terms and arrangements with customers Completing account reconciliations and payment allocations Preparing monthly reports with insights on overdue accounts Working closely with branch teams and customers to resolve queries and ensure smooth account management About you We're after a resilient and confident communicator who's passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking to kickstart their career in accounts receivable. You'll bring energy, empathy, and a proactive approach to every interaction. What we're looking for: A background in customer service, retail, call centre or admin (collections experience is a bonus - not a must!)
