The Position: Effectively work with and provide a high level of support to the Administration Manager, Finance Officer, Director and external clients Share information with Account Managers, Sales Coordinators and warehouse staff to ensure the administrative functions of the vendor’s accounts are managed effectively and in compliance with the Harvey Norman systems Continually generate trust with vendors and colleagues alike Process large quantities of tax invoices and credits in a timely manner Fielding incoming phone accounts payable queries End of month payables reconciliations Ad hoc archiving of administration documents Ad hoc assistance to administration staff as required About you: The successful candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Payable preferably in a Commercial industry. You will also have: Excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport quickly Experience in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred Systems savvy including intermediate to advanced Word/Excel skills.
