Your new role: As the Nurse Unit Manager - Paediatric Emergency Department, you'll provide advanced clinical and operational leadership within Logan Hospital's 24-hour paediatric emergency service. You'll ensure the highest standards of safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care for children and families, while leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced, trauma-informed environment.
