The role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment support across large-scale and complex Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programs and projects. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver recruitment solutions that attract and secure talent in a competitive market. Key responsibilities include: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from initial briefing, drafting adverts, organising interviews through to selection and offer. Support and coordinate high-volume and specialist recruitment processes within a fast-paced, dynamic project environments. Provide an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, ensuring communication and engagement at every stage. Collaborate with your Talent colleagues to share insights, support each other, and continuously improve our recruitment processes. Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with organisational policies, frameworks, and employment legislation. Are you right for this role?
