As Team Leader - Roads, you'll be at the centre of planning, procuring and implementing vital road and fire trail projects. You'll work alongside consultants, contractors and key stakeholders - including Transport for NSW, Snowy Hydro, TransGrid, the Rural Fire Service and local ski resorts - to deliver safe, effective and innovative solutions. Your leadership will ensure the seamless operation of our extensive road networks, supporting both park operations and the wider community. From developing detailed project plans and managing budgets, to overseeing risk and quality controls, your expertise will help shape the future of Kosciuszko National Park and National Park estate across the Southern Ranges. You'll also play a key role in administering fire access and trail programs, ensuring robust data systems and timely reporting to keep our environment safe and accessible.
