An exciting opportunity exists for a Principal Advisor to our Recruitment and Attraction Team. This position will lead and coordinate recruitment function service delivery including strategy, initiatives, projects and transactional activities for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. Using your significant recruitment expertise, provide strategic and operational advice to the HR leadership team relevant to recruitment service delivery. This position is responsible for the operational management of the Recruitment team. Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north. Key Responsibilities include: The position operates in a complex environment involving a wide range of competing priorities and stakeholders. The Principal Advisor Recruitment and Attraction is responsible for the research, development, and implementation of attraction, selection and retention strategies, frameworks, tools and reporting mechanisms and undertaking continuous review to drive innovative and value-added strategic recruitment initiatives to meet the current and future workforce requirements of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. Oversee the Diversity and Inclusion portfolio for Sunshine Coast Hospital ad Health Service and promote, celebrate and raise Health Service wide awareness of significant diversity and inclusion programs. Establish and develop collaborative partnerships, with secondary and tertiary education institutions, job placement firms, training providers, State and Commonwealth agencies to implement employment programs across all employment streams and Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service directorates. Support, manage and promote the ongoing delivery of employment programs that promote diversity, inclusion and belonging for all diversity groups at Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. Remuneration value up to $166 659 p.a., comprising salary between $136 035 - $145 990 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 12 months).
