In your new role you will: Provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders positively representing the Recruitment Services unit and to provide a professional and positive experience for Hiring Managers to both internal and external candidates. Provide assistance on a range of matters including the application of recruitment and selection policies and procedures as well as relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Support and assist the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Coordinator in the design and delivery of a range of projects and programs as delegated or required. Maintain and successfully implement up to date knowledge of legislation, directives, policies, and procedures relating to all recruitment practices.
