The undertaking of continuous reviews to drive innovative and value-add strategic recruitment initiatives to meet the current and future workforce requirements of the Mackay Hospital and Health Service providing a high level of leadership and management in the delivery of recruitment and workforce planning activities within the Mackay Hospital and Health Service. The Team You'll Be Joining The People and Culture Portfolio plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic objectives of the Mackay HHS. Comprising of Employment Relations, Organisational Development, Work Health and Safety, and Recruitment, the portfolio provides expert guidance and operational support across key workforce domains. Its core mandate is to develop and implement workforce strategies that ensure that Mackay HHS is equipped with the necessary skills, capabilities, and organisational culture to meet both current and future service demands. This includes initiatives focused on workforce supply, recruitment and retention, leadership development, and the promotion of safe and healthy working environments.
