About MND Victoria At a time of strategic transformation and growing demand for services, MND Victoria is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation into its next chapter. You will lead a talented team of 60 staff and more than 100 volunteers, oversee strategic partnerships, and strengthen collaboration with state MND associations and MND Australia. Central to this role is ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable, operationally effective, and deeply connected to its community. The Role Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide visionary and values‑based leadership, ensuring MND Victoria continues to deliver high‑quality support services, advocacy, and fundraising outcomes that honour the organisation’s purpose and legacy. Key Priorities Providing strategic leadership that balances advocacy, service delivery, and revenue generation. Building strong partnerships with government, health, disability, and aged care stakeholders. Diversifying income streams through philanthropy, fundraising, and innovative service models. Embedding an inclusive, values‑driven culture that champions empathy, compassion, and respect. About You You are a proven executive leader — likely a current or former CEO or senior executive — with a track record of driving mission‑led organisations in the not‑for‑profit, health, aged care, disability, or palliative care sectors. Deep understanding of the NDIS, community care, and human services ecosystems. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Strong financial acumen, governance capability, and comfort working closely with an engaged Committee. An authentic connection to purpose — empathy for people living with MND and a genuine commitment to improving lives.
