You'll develop and implement frameworks, performance monitoring processes, and risk management practices that ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment with NSW Government procurement standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of contract management and compliance frameworks. Conduct reviews and audits to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective service level agreements (SLAs). Provide expert advice on contract compliance, risk management, and quality assurance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed consistent governance practices. Support alignment with NSW Procurement Framework and relevant regulatory obligations. About You You're a detail-oriented compliance professional with strong analytical skills and experience managing complex contracts. You excel in stakeholder engagement, governance, and performance analysis, with a commitment to integrity and continuous improvement. Essential Requirements Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, law, commerce, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience in contract management, compliance, and risk management. Strong understanding of governance frameworks, contract law, and procurement processes.
