Salary: $170,000-185,000 ( Super ) Location: (Hybrid) - Sydney NSW - Parramatta We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with strong backend expertise to join our team. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), system integrations, and technical leadership. Key Requirements: 7 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, configuration) Expert-level skills in LWC & JavaScript; able to build modular, accessible, and responsive components Deep knowledge of Apex: triggers, batch/schedulable classes, trigger frameworks Strong experience integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs Proficient in declarative tools: Flows, validation rules, formulas, metadata, Experience Cloud Portal development experience: guest user security, custom login flows, access control Ability to define scalable architecture, reusable component patterns, and coding standards End-to-end development ownership—from design to deployment and support Skilled with Git, Gearset/Copado, and CI/CD processes Nice to Have: Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
