Job Description Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, with regular access to the Hotel Manager your primary responsibility is ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel. As Front Office Supervisor, your tasks and responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following: Providing exceptional guest service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay. Participating in & conducting training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities. Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality. Maintaining procedures & documentation.
