Job Description Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Duty Manager to work across our bar and gaming areas on a casual basis. As a key member of the venue leadership team, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service excellence, and are welcoming and engaging for all guests. Key Responsibilities Include: Oversee bar, bistro, and gaming operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with regulations. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift. Manage cash handling, gaming reconciliation, and security procedures accurately. Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care. Ensure all RSA and gaming standards are adhered to at all times. Assist with rostering, stock control, and operational reporting as required. Shift Details: Flexible rotating roster across Monday to Sunday AM and PM shifts available Holding a current RSA and RSG is a strong advantage Please note: This role is located in GLADSTONE, QLD.
