About the Role Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Development Coordinator to join our Virtual Services team in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane. As a senior member of the Client Services leadership team within VS, the Development Coordinator will lead the design, coordination, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives, knowledge management, and employee training across the department. This pivotal role requires strong clinical knowledge to ensure all initiatives are developed and implemented through a clinical lens, supporting evidence-informed practice and quality client outcomes. It ensures our people are equipped with effective onboarding, continuous learning opportunities, and up-to-date resources that enhance program delivery across RAQ’s virtual service platforms. Additionally, you will: Design, develop, and deliver engaging digital and face-to-face learning solutions tailored to Virtual Services programs. Conduct skills gap analyses, maintain a competency register, and align training to departmental needs. Create and manage onboarding materials and induction programs for new VS staff. Oversee and maintain the VS Knowledge Hub, ensuring resources are current, accessible, and relevant. Evaluate training effectiveness and use insights to refine learning programs and tools. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support continuous learning, quality improvement, and team capability growth. About You You are an experienced learning and development professional who thrives on creating impactful programs and driving team capability in complex, fast-evolving environments. You approach challenges with curiosity and strategic insight, value collaboration, and use your strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Your work is guided by a passion for continuous improvement and delivering meaningful outcomes for both employees and clients. Additionally, you have: Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate multi-modal learning solutions for diverse teams. Understanding of Family Law, family dispute resolution and counselling theory and practice. Experience managing knowledge systems and resources to promote accessibility and collaboration. Advanced coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and compliance. Skill in identifying training needs, conducting skills gap analyses, and maintaining competency registers.
