Why This Role? $140,000 base $280,000 OTE (50/50 split) Take ownership of client base expansion using current clients as a way to open new doors Open pipeline, existing relationships, proven product Flexible hybrid environment with national impact High-impact work with a platform that drives real change What You’ll Be Doing: Own a portfolio of Tier 1 enterprise customers, driving renewals and long-term growth Expand platform adoption by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities Run strategic engagement across stakeholder groups — from EHS leaders to C-suite Build territory and account plans aligned to customer goals and internal growth targets Deliver compelling presentations, renew trust, and drive expansion conversations Forecast and report with accuracy. Maintain a clean pipeline and clear targets Represent the brand at key industry events , building visibility and future opportunities Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to optimise the customer experience What You Bring: Background in EHS, Risk, or Governance tech 5 years’ experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or account management Proven track record expanding existing accounts and hitting growth targets Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Comfortable navigating long sales cycles with C-level and functional decision-makers Skilled communicator with presence, polish, and persistence Organised, self-directed, and calm under pressure Why Join?
