Projects include Custom Residential, Townhouses, Schools, Apartments & Fitouts. Key Responsibilities: Lead & coordinate daily site operations, delegating tasks and managing workflows. Interpret plans, organise work sequences, and ensure materials are ready when required. Maintain strict quality standards, inspect work, and ensure safety compliance. Liaise professionally with builders, supervisors, and clients. Proactively address challenges, implement solutions, and keep management updated Requirements: Qualified carpenter with proven leadership experience. Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, schedules, and project requirements. Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
