Harrisons is seeking a motivated HR/ER graduate with at least a few years' experience to join our team on a part-time basis part-time - 20-30 hours per week - open to options including full-time. About the Role In this role, you'll work alongside our experienced team of consultants, supporting delivery of HR and workplace relations services to clients across all sectors and sizes. Your responsibilities will include: Advising clients on a range of issues, including modern awards, the Fair Work Act, and performance management issues. Drafting employment documents including contracts, letters, and workplace policies. Facilitating surveys - engagement, 360-degree feedback, DiSC profiling. Recruitment and onboarding of employees for clients. Supporting senior consultants with strategic client projects such as restructures, L&D and workplace investigations. Juggle multiple priorities across clients in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you are: A graduate in HR/ER (with a few years' practical experience). Strong in critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Passionate about workplace relations and ready to get stuck into award interpretation and client advice. Flexible, adaptable, and self-sufficient - we're a small business, so you'll need to roll up your sleeves (and yes, sometimes reboot your own laptop and answer the phone :) ). Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive team while taking initiative.
