Your Role Administer contracts from award through to final account. Prepare and manage progress claims, variations, and procurement documentation. Support project delivery by tracking budgets, costs, and compliance. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success. Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous process improvements. About You Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction. Proven ability to manage multiple small to mid-scale projects up to $10M. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Proficient with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite. Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights required.
