For this Site Supervisor role You will oversee construction projects from start to finish. Coordinating trades, managing stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety, and keeping projects on track across the Gold Coast region. These repairs will range from residential to commercial and strata. There are full time and contract roles available pending your preference. Key Responsibilities: Manage delivery of insurance repair projects. Ensure compliance with building codes, contracts, safety regulations and HSEQ standards. Conduct site audits, identify corrective actions, and drive a strong safety culture. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking. Provide technical guidance to internal teams and contractors. Monitor budgets, manage variations and ensure projects are delivered profitably.
