Key Responsibilities Oversee all site operations from early works through to handover. Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure program and quality targets are met. Drive safety, compliance, and performance across all stages of the project. Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress to keep works on track. Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and your team. About You Proven experience managing commercial or community builds $20M. Confident leading large, multi-trade teams and complex site operations. Strong understanding of WHS, QA, and site management processes. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
