Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities from groundworks to final handover. Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and quality control to maintain project delivery. Uphold strict WHS and QA standards across all works. Collaborate closely with project teams to meet budget, program, and safety goals. Foster a professional, high-performing, and safety-driven site culture. About You Demonstrated success delivering commercial or education builds ($20M). Strong leadership with the ability to manage multiple trades. Confident communicator with strong planning and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of construction sequencing and QA systems.
