The Opportunity Join a purpose-led housing provider supporting residents across the full tenancy lifecycle. This full-time role is based in Brisbane's inner-city fringe and covers a local portfolio. You'll work closely with residents, contractors and internal teams to deliver safe, secure housing outcomes. The Role This is a hands-on tenancy coordination role with a strong customer focus. You'll manage everything from onboarding and inspections to lease renewals, maintenance and tenancy exits. It's a varied role with real impact, suited to someone who thrives on structure, empathy and problem-solving.
