This role is focused on sharing, communicating, and strengthening the Gospel of Jesus Christ across Australia. As Promotions and Engagement Lead, you’ll be responsible for growing listener and church engagement, building sponsorship opportunities, and developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in elevating Faith FM’s brand and visibility nationwide, helping us fulfill our mission to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Skills And Experiences To be successful in this role, we are looking for expressions of interest from a practicing and committed member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church who has an active relationship with Jesus Christ and a deep desire for worship and service to God. In addition to your commitment to our mission, you should possess the following: Skilled in brand management, multi-channel campaigns, on-air advertising, sponsorships, and event promotion. Training in Fundraising, Marketing, Media, or Pastoral/Chaplaincy is highly valued. Proven success in running fundraising initiatives and advertising campaigns that support ethical growth and sustainability. Experienced in leading people to Christ, fostering spiritual decisions, and building strong ties with local church communities. Effective collaborator with Church leadership at Conference, Union, and Division levels, and confident speaker at major events like Big Camps and Regionals. Skilled in planning, budgeting, reporting, setting KPIs, and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvement. Strong written and verbal communicator, able to brief presenters, support volunteers, and represent the station professionally. Committed to ethical handling of donor and listener data, ensuring any information is treated with integrity and in full compliance with privacy laws/ expectations. Deep understanding of Church structure and policies across the Union, with a current driver’s licence, Working with Children Check (Employee), and the ability to obtain Adsafe compliance.
