We are currently seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manage who is experienced, highly motivated and well presented to join a warehousing and distribution team in Banksmeadow. The ideal candidate will have proven warehouse logistics and distribution knowledge, as well as being able to work autonomously and productively. Initially a 3 month role, with the ability to apply for an ongoing permanent placement through the clients recruitment process The details of the role are as follow: 3 month placement - teh successful candidate will be able to apply directly with client for the permanent position through their internal recruitment processes post 3 month tenure. $65 per hour inclusive of casual loading, overtime paid after 38 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm (must be flexible with additional hours during peak periods) Full working rights with no restrictions mandatory Free, secure on site parking Forklift License desired but not essential Large national manufacturing company ASAP start Responsibilities: Minimum 3 year's experience in warehousing and/or ditribution management Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve performance targets. Manage inventory accuracy and stock control. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer service goals Oversea all safety protocols within the warehouse and ensure strict adherence Scheduling and rostering of various shifts as per company roter system What We're Looking For: Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in logistics or distribution. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Strong experience in manufacturing desired but not essential Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. A proactive mindset with a commitment to safety and quality. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and technology.
