As the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting financial decision-making across Anglicare NT’s programs and operations. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and Cost Centre Managers to deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting support. Your work will help ensure financial viability, compliance, and strategic planning across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for preparing statutory accounts, managing monthly reporting cycles, supporting audits, and developing financial models that guide key decisions. You’ll also lead improvements in financial systems and processes and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders. About You You hold a degree in accounting, commerce or business and are a qualified CPA, CA or equivalent. You bring at least four years’ experience as a qualified accountant, ideally in a dynamic, multi-program environment. You’re confident in financial reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, and you have a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You’re a strong communicator, able to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance professionals. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Experience in grant funding management and acquittals is highly desirable.
