Description About the role: As our Accountant, you will play a key supporting role within the Finance Team, assisting with day-to-day finance tasks, reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role will also provide financial support to the winery, operations, production and sales teams across the business. Although the position is located in Milawa, we offer flexibility for Melbourne-based applicants to work from our Richmond office, or combine time across both locations to suit your lifestyle. Skills And Experiences What we are looking for: We value individuals who can bring people together, foster strong working relationships, and collaborate seamlessly across functions to drive shared goals forward. Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance 1-3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance support role (manufacturing or FMCG experience advantageous) Sound understanding of basic accounting, cost accounting and inventory principles. Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Proficient in financial systems (JDE experience is valued) and financial planning tools (Power BI).
