Non-smoking workplace with strong safety culture Immediate start available, but willing to wait for the right fit About the Role: 50% mechanical work: servicing, maintenance, workshop-based tasks 50% machinery operation: seeding, harvest, general broadacre work Operate & maintain modern gear across diverse cropping activities Professional attitude, strong autonomy & safety mindset essential Variety is key – they'll keep your days interesting and skills sharp You’ll be supported but expected to take ownership and show initiative. About You: Qualified HD Mechanic or solid hands-on mechanical experience Drivers licence (C required, HR/MC desirable) Previous farm/machinery experience preferred, but not essential if your mechanical skills are strong Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Strong safety focus, ownership, and reliability No smoking or vaping permitted on site or machinery Looking to settle long-term with a team that values loyalty and quality work.
