Position Responsibilities and Tasks Review, prepare, and manage supply and service contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Support management in negotiating variations, renewals, and agreements to maintain strong supplier and client relationships. Coordinate with customers, project staff, and logistics teams to ensure that contractual obligations and project targets are met. Handle contract-related inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and maintain clear communication between internal and external stakeholders. Keep all contract documentation up to date, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. Monitor contract performance, identify risks or variations, and report findings to management. Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and project summaries to support decision-making and business planning. Collect and analyse data on project and supply performance to support continuous improvement and planning. Qualifications and Skills: Qualification in a related field or equivalent work experience At least one year experience in a similar role Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
