This position offers the opportunity to truly partner with the CEO — not only providing high-level administrative support but acting as an extension of their leadership presence. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Executive Team, and key stakeholders across the business, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive calendar and inbox management, anticipating needs and prioritising effectively. Coordinate Executive and Leadership Team meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up actions. Manage logistics for Board meetings and events — from scheduling and preparing papers to recording minutes. Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations; assist with special projects and initiatives. Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO with discretion and professionalism. Build strong, trusted relationships across the business — supporting a culture of collaboration, integrity, and accountability. Oversee travel coordination, expenses, and operational support for the CEO’s office. Support event coordination for executive functions and company-wide celebrations. Provide general office administration support in the absence of the Office Assistant. About You: We’re seeking a confident, highly organised Executive Assistant with experience supporting in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring initiative, polish, and the ability to stay two steps ahead — someone who thrives on managing competing priorities with calm efficiency. You will have: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and high emotional intelligence. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to produce quality presentations and reports. Proven discretion, integrity, and professionalism when managing confidential matters.
