As Senior Contract Administrator , you will: Administer a portfolio of key contracts, ensuring compliance with all obligations and proactive management of risks to achieve project and organisational objectives. Prepare, review, and manage contract documentation, variations, progress claims, and correspondence. Support the leadership team on day-to-day contractual matters, providing accurate and timely advice. Monitor contract performance, identify potential risks or issues, and assist with their resolution to maintain project outcomes. Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements. Communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and accountability. To be successful, you will bring: Extensive experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or construction industry. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. A hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach—someone who takes ownership and gets things done. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. A solid understanding of contract terms, conditions, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in contract management systems and standard forms of contract. Professional certification in contract management/administration is advantageous.
