About the Role : We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator to cover a team member on maternity leave. This temporary role will provide support across a range of HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuity of HR services during the absence. Key Responsibilities: Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain accurate HR records and employee files. Assist with payroll and leave administration. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support HR reporting and compliance tasks. Contribute to HR projects as needed. Key Requirements : Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role. Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and employment law. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage confidential information. Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
