In this role as Services Sales Manager for ANZ, you will act as a strategic sales leader for the Public Sector portfolio. You will drive performance by fostering accountability, consultative selling, and customer-focused planning while championing cross-team collaboration across government and community services. You'll oversee sales strategies for the CSU Services portfolio, with a strong emphasis on AI Business Solutions, AI Cloud Platforms, and Security, ensuring operational excellence through MCEM process adherence, accurate forecasting, and deal governance. Your responsibilities will include managing territory plans, pipeline health, and sales execution while guiding customer engagement, co-innovation, and identifying growth opportunities that maximise Microsoft Services' value for the public sector in Australia and New Zealand. Qualifications Required / Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field and 8 years of experience in sales, marketing/advertising, or leading high-performing sales or technical-sales teams within large, complex organizations;OR Master's Degree in one of the above fields and 7 years of related experience; OR equivalent professional experience. 3 years of people management experience, including leading teams or managers in a sales organization. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience driving business growth and performance in large, multi-tiered sales environments. Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing sales and technical-sales teams.
