The Opportunity As Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you will ensure technical standards, safety, and quality outcomes are consistently achieved. This role suits a hands-on engineer who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, collaborating with clients and subcontractors, and taking ownership of project outcomes. The Role In this role, you will: Assist in managing day-to-day site operations and delivery activities Review design documentation and provide engineering advice Prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met Contribute to forecasting, progress claims, and cost tracking Support the development of junior engineers and site staff About You To succeed, you will bring: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 3 to 6 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure delivery Experience across roadworks, earthworks, or utilities preferred Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills Understanding of project programming, cost control, and QA systems A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to teamwork The ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment The Benefits Permanent position based in Brisbane Salary up to $150k super Work on diverse infrastructure projects across Queensland Supportive and professional project teams Ongoing career progression and mentoring from senior leaders Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
