Desktop Support Analyst Brisbane CBD | up to $80k plus super | 5 days on-site We’re looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Analyst to provide end user support, maintain IT equipment, and assist with daily technology operations across our client. Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, telephony, and collaboration tools. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and guide users clearly and professionally. Manage user accounts, device setup, onboarding/offboarding, and access permissions. Maintain IT asset inventory: deploy, update, secure, and decommission equipment. Assist with software updates, patching, system upgrades, and technology rollouts. Support security and vulnerability remediation activities. Document procedures and contribute to process improvements. Skills & Experience 2 years in desktop or IT support within a corporate environment. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Reliable, team-focused, and committed to continuous improvement. Technical Knowledge Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Intune/Entra, and SOE environments. M365 (Intermediate to Advanced) Application packaging/deployment (Intune/PowerShell) Corporate mobile device support.
