We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Account Manager who thrives on results, action, and ambition - not waiting for deals to come, but creating them. This role is based in Kalgoorlie - we will accept Perth based for FIFO, offer relocation but ideally Kalgoorlie based applicants. What You'll Be Doing: - Building and managing a high-value pipelines. - Developing long-term relationships with technical teams, procurement leaders, and C-suite executives. - Leading presentations, site meetings, and pitches that turn opportunities into partnerships. - Working closely with our internal teams to deliver high-performance pump and abrasion solutions across major projects. What We're Looking For: - A high sales mentality - driven, disciplined, and relentless in pursuit of new business. - Proven success in pumps, fluid systems, or heavy industrial equipment (mining background highly preferred). - Confidence presenting to executive and technical audiences. - Strong professional ethics, communication, and teamwork. - Self-motivation and the ability to own your pipeline end-to-end. - Willingness to absorb new technical knowledge quickly - we'll back the right attitude with product training. - Someone who can truly buy into our vision and grow with the business as we expand nationally. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within Mining, Industrial, or Engineering sectors. - Strong technical understanding of pumps, fluid transfer, or related heavy industrial systems. - Proven track record of generating and converting high-value pipelines ($10M - $50M). - Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field (advantageous, not essential). - High-level presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. - CRM proficiency and disciplined approach to pipeline management and reporting.
