Job Description What you’ll do The Key Account Manager will drive business growth across CIL by building and deepening strategic relationships with OEMs, dealer clients, and aligned businesses, focusing on revenue generation through business development, pipeline management, and account expansion. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role delivers tailored solutions and thought leadership to maximize client ROI, product adoption, and long-term partnership value across the carsales ecosystem. Serve as the Key Account Lead and main point of contact for the client, ensuring service consistency, streamlined communication, and a unified relationship channel. Drive Account Growth and Strategy by recognizing high-level growth opportunities, securing media/promotional collaborations, maintaining SaaS commitments, and leading contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions. Cultivate Multi-Tier Key Stakeholder Relationships using a dedicated customer relationship matrix and acting as the "Voice of the Customer" to internally champion feedback and influence platform innovation or service enhancements. Manage Customer Performance and Reporting by creating and delivering ROI, market trend, and performance reports to key stakeholders, while also monitoring industry trends and competitive threats. Maximize Retention and Expansion by proactively identifying and assisting with renewals and upsell opportunities. Ensure Operational Excellence by meeting or exceeding assigned revenue/retention targets and sales KPIs, accurately managing the sales pipeline and forecasting in the CRM, and addressing dealer queries and training needs.
