About the opportunity This role is responsible for overseeing corporate operations and providing executive support to the Directors. It involves managing HR, contracts, systems and office functions, while guiding a small team to deliver operational excellence. In this role, you will: Deliver accurate and timely invoicing and reporting each month Strengthen team culture and performance within corporate services Drive process and systems improvement Provide proactive executive support to Directors Contribute to strategic planning and succession initiatives The role will evolve as the business grows. Initially focused on office management and executive assistance, the position has scope to progress to a Corporate Services Manager level. This includes expanding influence across finance, HR, and business strategy. The work is varied, combining leadership, project coordination, and strategic contribution within a close-knit team. About you You are experienced in office management and executive support, capable of managing multiple priorities in a professional environment. You are proactive, structured and collaborative, with a focus on continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Proven experience in office management or executive assistance Knowledge of HR processes, contract management and internal systems Financial literacy and budget oversight skills Strong relationship-building and communication ability Capacity to manage competing priorities with attention to detail A commitment to values-based leadership and positive culture A police clearance will be required for employment.
