Duties Advise & represent clients in complex family law cases with care & professionalism Negotiate, mediate & appear in court Build strong client relationships, balancing professionalism with empathy Draft high quality legal documents: including affidavits, financial agreements, and parenting plans Manage files end‑to‑end, collaborating with barristers and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients Mentor junior team members & contribute to firm growth & business development Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ family law experience (PAE) Post-graduate qualifications in family law or accredited specialist in family law are highly regarded. Strong ethical compass and a genuine commitment to helping families High-level technical skills across parenting and property matters. Ability to manage high-conflict situations with calm and compassion.
