Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; Comprehensive knowledge of family law , including expertise in property and financial matters , child support , divorce , family violence , and intervention orders . Strong communication , negotiation , and drafting skills . Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail . Build and maintain strong client relationships while offering clear, tailored legal advice . Ideally successful candidate(s) will have; Minimum 3 years PAE within a recognised family law practice or team, Be a self-starter with an inclusive , pro-active team approach ; Excellent written skills with highly developed communication skills at all levels, Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently & effectively, and managing the inevitable competing priorities .
