Based in the heart of the CBD and close to public transport, this highly regarded firm offers a supportive, professional, and inclusive workplace What you'll be doing In this diverse and hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in supporting both the credit and payroll functions within the firm. You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality service to internal and external clients through accurate record keeping, stakeholder engagement, and a strong focus on customer service Key responsibilities include: Liaising with clients and staff to resolve payment or remittance queries Allocating payments and managing collections and dispute resolution Processing trust transfers, write-offs, and cash receipting Uploading invoices to e-billing portals Acting as the primary contact for payroll-related queries between staff and the external payroll provider Coordinating payroll changes, updates, and fortnightly pay cycles Partnering with HR and Finance to manage the end to end payroll processes What's in it for you Join a highly respected law firm recognised as an Employer of Choice Enjoy a competitive salary plus additional benefits, an inhouse barista one day work from home!
