Digital Marketing Manager – Lead Generation Sydney | Hybrid Work Model | $140,000 – $160,000 Super A fast-growing business is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of its paid performance and digital acquisition strategy. This is a hands-on, data-driven role focused on scaling high-quality lead generation through paid channels while driving continuous optimisation and measurable growth. You’ll have the autonomy to test, build, and refine campaigns that directly impact commercial outcomes. What you’ll be doing Plan, execute, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn. Own the end-to-end lead generation funnel, from creative concept and audience targeting through to conversion and attribution. Manage and optimise budgets to achieve CPL, CPA, and ROI targets. Test and refine creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximise performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns and landing pages. Track, analyse, and report on results using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or Looker Studio. Identify new growth opportunities across emerging channels and audience segments. What you’ll bring 5 years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing, focused on lead generation. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead volume, CPL, and ROI targets. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in campaign tracking, attribution, and optimisation. Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Tag Manager. Solid understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting, and A/B testing. Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2C acquisition is highly regarded.
