Duties Own end-to-end email and SMS campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, conversion, retention, and win-back. Design and optimise automated customer journeys (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation, and more). Use data-driven insights to segment, personalise, and deliver messaging that resonates at every stage of the lifecycle. Write and edit compelling copy that converts across both email and SMS channels. Test and refine campaigns through A/B experiments on subject lines, creative, CTAs, and layout. Analyse performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTR, CVR, unsubscribes, ROI) and provide actionable insights. Ensure compliance with privacy and spam regulations while maintaining best practice list hygiene. Collaborate across marketing, content, digital, and analytics teams to keep campaigns aligned and impactful. Skills and Experience 4 years of CRM and email marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce, DTC, or digital retail. Proficiency with platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Braze. Hands-on experience building and optimising lifecycle and promotional campaigns. Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, personalisation, and lead generation. Excellent copywriting skills for both short- and long-form content. Comfort with HTML/CSS for formatting and troubleshooting. Analytical mindset, with experience using GA, BI tools, or CRM dashboards. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Bonus points: experience with SMS and push marketing platforms.
