Startup Growth Marketer – Build from 0→1 in SaaS & AI North Sydney | 5 days in office | We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing startups globally, an AI-driven platform redefining digital entertainment. In just six months, they’ve hit over a million users and are scaling fast, with big growth targets ahead. They’re now looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer, someone who’s been the first or early marketing hire in a SaaS or consumer tech startup, thrives in pace, and knows how to turn experiments into repeatable growth engines. You’ll: Own and scale performance across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google, and affiliate channels. Build and optimise acquisition funnels, retention loops, and lifecycle campaigns. Launch creative, data-driven growth experiments fast, lean, and measurable. Work directly with the founders/CGO on strategy, budgets, and scaling what works. You are: A builder, you’ve built or scaled marketing from the ground up in a startup. Analytical and commercial — you care about CAC, LTV, activation, and retention. Creative and scrappy, you test, learn, and execute quickly. Comfortable working in a company whose products serve customers in the adult entertainment space.
