We’re looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team on a contract basis , supporting multiple sites and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and company policies. The Role You will take ownership of all on-site health and safety matters across our active projects. Working closely with site teams and management, you’ll ensure best practice is implemented and maintained from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Oversee site safety compliance on commercial fit out and refurbishment projects Conduct site inspections, audits and toolbox talks Review and develop SWMS, risk assessments and safety documentation Provide practical HSE advice and support to site managers and subcontractors Report on incidents, hazards, and safety performance Champion a strong safety culture across all project teams About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a practical, proactive approach and solid experience in construction HSE advisory roles.
