Career development opportunity – high profile exposure role Vacant role, likely extension and view to permanency Central location – limited WFH options The Role Reporting to a Band 2, your key duties will be: Preparing correspondence, including minutes, letters and other written material Managing and organising the diary, travel and appointments Assisting with travel and meetings for other academy staff Liaising with other areas of the department and external stakeholders Managing office systems and records using MS Office, SAP and TRIM Providing support for project and research work Undertaking administration and coordination tasks for the wider administration staff The Person You will be friendly and influential with the ability to confidently liaise across senior staff and external bodies. You will need to be up for a challenge, with the ability to work across competing deadlines and provide support to multiple areas at once. You must have a current NV1 Security Clearance and have previous experience as an Executive Assistant in the APS or private sector to be considered.
