Your Role as a Product Specialist – HR Information Systems You’ll work closely with our Enterprise Systems team to provide expertise and drive improvement across our Workday system and its functions. You will achieve this by: Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships within the Business Solutions Group and Business stakeholders across the business Critically evaluating issues as they arise, apply systems thinking, perform root cause analysis, and collate information and insights contributing to resolution, or prioritisation of solution design activities. Gather, analyse, and collate business, customer and technical needs through activities including stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and documentation analysis. Participate in testing and verifying solutions to meet business needs and comply with regulatory and information security requirements. Follow IT Service Management best practices and Change Management via CAB (ITIL). Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and contribute to strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. What We’re Looking For Degree qualifications in Information Technology or related field OR experience in applying information systems management best practice approaches for configuration and continuous improvement of enterprise information systems. Experience in configuration and maintenance of both ERP and best of breed integrated HR IS systems specifically Workday. Understanding of human resource lifecycle processes including but not limited to payroll, recruitment, core HR etc. Skills and experience running workshops and presenting to audiences at all levels. Experience in information systems design and configuration in a complex multi-product architecture with upstream and downstream constraints, including development of data flow diagrams. Strong planning and organising skills including effective time management and ability to prioritise, both within a busy office environment, and in a remote setting where communication and guidance is provided online. A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have! Knowledge of Halo and/or Microsoft Dev Ops to manage agile delivery processes. Experience working in the Aged and Community Care Sector. An understanding of data integration design principles and techniques.
