We are looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our leadership team and help shape exceptional guest experiences every day. Role Purpose: You will support our Rooms Division Manager in leading a passionate team, ensuring every room and public space shines with style and precision. From training and motivating your team to maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest satisfaction, you’ll bring a proactive approach and eye for detail that keeps our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces meet Crystalbrook Kingsley's high standards of presentation and cleanliness Lead, motivate and develop the housekeeping team through effective training, feedback and performance management Assist with rostering, inventory control and cost management to maintain efficient and sustainable operations Conduct regular room and area inspections, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to deliver seamless and elevated guest experiences Manage guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally, maintaining Crystalbrook Collection’s reputation for thoughtful, intuitive service Champion sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible cleaning practices Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of housekeeping team members Skills and experience: Previous experience in a Housekeeping leadership or supervisory role within a hotel or resort environment Strong organisational and people management skills, with a natural ability to lead by example A commitment to sustainability and an appreciation for local connection High standards, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Why Us: You will work alongside exceptional people in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.
