The Opportunity: Crystalbrook Kingsley, in the heart of Newcastle’s cultural precinct, is seeking a Valet / Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager , this role is all about curating an exceptional first - and lasting - impression. You’ll be the first smile our guests see, taking the lead in creating effortless arrivals and memorable departures. From valet parking and luggage assistance to offering genuine, informed service throughout their stay, you’ll embody Crystalbrook’s spirit of thoughtful luxury and local connection. Working closely with our Guest Services and Front Office teams, you’ll deliver polished, intuitive and genuine hospitality that reflects Crystalbrook Collection’s purpose to create unique and enriching experience that amaze and uplift, Whether welcoming guests on arrival, assisting with their vehicles, or sharing local insights, you’ll bring confidence, warmth and care to every interaction — creating connections that feel effortless, personal and memorable.
