Lead, mentor, and inspire clinical and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Oversee clinical governance, accreditation, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Manage rostering, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Collaborate with residents, families, and allied health professionals to support holistic wellbeing. Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning and compassion. About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse - Essential Proven experience in a senior aged care leadership role, ideally as a Facility Manager or Senior Care Manager. We are looking for a Manager who thrives on a hands-on approach Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance, and compliance frameworks. Up to date on the changes to the Aged Care Standards - essential Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
