Your new role: In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering safe, high-quality medical imaging services across multiple facilities. You will lead quality and safety initiatives, ensure accreditation compliance, deliver advanced clinical imaging services, and support education and audit functions within a busy and expanding Medical Imaging service. Key responsibilities: Deliver advanced Senior Radiographer services and provide clinical expertise Lead quality, safety and accreditation activities across the Medical Imaging service Conduct clinical audits, support RiskMan & NSQHS/DIAS compliance reporting Develop and review protocols, work instructions, QA tools and documentation Provide clinical education and supervision to radiographers and students Support after-hours escalation and service coordination when rostered About you: You're a proactive and solutions-focused radiographer with strong technical skills and a passion for driving safety and service excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced imaging environment and enjoy influencing practice, supporting peers and building a positive safety culture.
